Overview

The Kaleidoscope Team saw an opportunity to create a field service application that has first-class integration with telematics. With their years of experience in both the field service and telematics industry they came up with the idea to create a white-label field service application that would integrate a telematics company’s infrastructure with the application.

The Problem to Solve

The client wanted to leverage an opportunity in the field service market by creating an application that can serve as a modern tool for field service companies and have first class integration with telematics providers.

The Solution

Ingenuity worked closely with the Kaleidoscope Team to develop and meet the needs of their product. Currently the product has boarded a few telematics companies that can offer their services with field service companies in the United States and Canada.

Conclusion

The application is still being actively developed with new features from feedback of both field service and telematics companies.
